Misture aproximadamente 2 colheres de sopa de buttercream* (a quantidade vai variar de acordo com o tamanho do bolo) e misture para formar uma massa moldável, mas não muito mole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Usando uma colher de chá cheia, modele bolinhas e coloque-as sobre uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga. Leve-as para gelar por uns 10 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Derreta parte do chocolate. Mergulhe a pontinha do palito de pirulito e espete em cada bolinha até a metade. Leve novamente para gelar por 30 minutos ou até que fiquem firmes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Banhe as bolinhas no chocolate derretido e passe nos confeitos. Eu dei o nome de "Choconana" e é ótimo para aproveitar aquelas bananas que amadurecem e ninguém come. Nascem sob a terra, a uma profundidade de 20 a 40 cm, próximo à raiz de carvalhos e castanheiras.&lt;br /&gt;A colheita é manual, feita com cães farejadores treinados. Antigamente, o procedimento era feito com porcos, devido ao olfato bastante aguçado, porém era difícil controlá-los, pois como humanos de fino gosto, são contumazes devoradores de trufas. O aroma é muito forte num primeiro impacto, mas finamente fatiadas, cobrindo até simples pratos como ovos, massas e risotos, as trufas conferem sabor e aroma inigualáveis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_3O9mygAVtXs/Sfdg1RxMPlI/AAAAAAAAAKw/NC9ml7zTFOc/s1600-h/trufa+branca1.jpg"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trufa de Chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Recebeu este nome devido à semelhança com esse cogumelo subterrâneo que, quando colhido, vem envolto em uma camada de terra, como a trufa de chocolate que é passada pelo cacau em pó.&lt;br /&gt;Consideradas o ouro negro da chocolateria, são produzidas artesanalmente com chocolate nobre, creme de leite e bebida alcóolica.&lt;br /&gt;Diz-se que tiveram origem em um erro do chef patissier da corte austríaca, no fim do século XIX. Uma falha, durante a preparação de uma sobremesa para o banquete em honra de um príncipe russo, fez com que ele inventasse a trufa de chocolate. Ante o enorme sucesso das trufas entre os ilustres convidados, o chef patissier tentou por vários dias, repetir o erro até conseguir refazer aquelas jóias de chocolate. Desde então&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_3O9mygAVtXs/SfjTD7vYJ3I/AAAAAAAAAPs/fLrOA_Nmo_Y/s1600-h/trufass.JPG"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, nada as supera dentre os bombons mais sofisticados do mundo!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Como promessa é divida, segue a minha versão de TRUFA TRADICIONAL:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500g de chocolate blend (é uma mistura de chocolates ao leite e meio amargo, encontrado em lojas especializadas);&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite (200g);&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (sopa) de rum, conhaque, whisky ou outra bebida;&lt;br /&gt;Cobertura de chocolate meio-amargo para banhar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de Fazer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o chocolate blend em uma vasilha completamente seca e leve para derreter em banho-maria ou, se preferir ao microondas, em potência alta de 15 em 15 segundos, mexendo nos intervalos.&lt;br /&gt;Junte ao chocolate derretido o creme de leite e mexa até obter uma mistura homogênea. Acrescente a bebida escolhida e leve à geladeira, coberta por filme plástico, deixando de um dia para o outro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Derreta a cobertura de chocolate, seguindo as instruções da embalagem e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Com uma colher de chá, retire pequenas porções da massa e enrole como brigadeiro. Passe as bolinhas pelo chocolate derretido e coloque-as sobre uma forma com papel manteiga. Leve à geladeira para endurecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obs. Pode-se utilizar chocolate fracionado para banhar as trufas. Tal e qual a receita original, esta trufa leva em sua composição Cachaça, limão, cravo, canela e gengibre, misturados ao chocolate branco e creme de leite. Mr. Willy Wonka, é o excêntrico, criativo e, por vezes sombrio, proprietário da tal fábrica de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;A visita à Fabrica encanta (tudo que se vê é doce e comestível). &lt;strong&gt;Imagine-se num lugar onde o rio é puro chocolate, as flores são balas, há bolas recheadas de mousse de chocolate espalhadas pelo jardim...&lt;/strong&gt; Mas também assusta as crianças e seus respectivos acompanhantes, pois Mr. Wonka tem um senso de humor um tanto negro e prepara alguns castigos para aqueles que quebram as regras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A refilmagem, com Johnny Depp no papel de Mr. Wonka, tem um clima mais sombrio como era de se esperar de um filme do diretor Tim Burton, mas os efeitos especiais são muito melhores (meu filho AMA a parte da amora gigante - assiste váaaaaaaaaaaarias vezes a mesma cena!!!). Só não gostei de um detalhe: ambos os filmes são musicais!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O filme &lt;strong&gt;Chocolate&lt;/strong&gt;, com Juliette Binoche no papel principal, conta a história de Vianne Rocher, uma forasteira que, acompanhada da filha, chega a um conservador vilarejo no interior da França. Lá, tem a "ousadia" de abrir uma chocolateria, ao lado da igreja, em plena Quaresma. Com um ar de feiticeira, encanta alguns moradores com suas receitas, algumas bastante exóticas, como a que mistura chocolate e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Outros habitantes, principalmente o prefeito (Alfred Molina), não aceitam sua presença na vila, pois ela estaria subvertendo a ordem e a moral no local. A situação de Vianne fica ainda mais complicada quando se envolve com Roux (Johnny Depp), um músico andarilho que desembarca na aldeia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É verdade que o alimento que é tão cobiçado e desejado por muitos, é apenas o símbolo e o pretexto utilizados pelo o diretor sueco Lasse Hallström para discutir valores como tradição, humanismo, moral e principalmente, a tolerância. Mas as cenas são um verdadeiro delírio para os chocólatras de plantão - &lt;strong&gt;Bombons, trufas, chocolates afrodisíacos, tortas, quase dá para sentir o aroma no ar!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O filme, em alguns aspectos como a preparação e o banquete, lembram o jantar da &lt;strong&gt;Festa De Babette&lt;/strong&gt;, que também se passa num vilarejo francês e que é igualmente tentador!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para aquelas que não são tão fanáticas por chocolate, resta um colírio a mais: &lt;strong&gt;Johnny Depp, &lt;/strong&gt;ma-ra-vi-lho-sa-men-te sedutor... ai, ai, ai. Coloque no fogo e espere ferver. Retire do fogo e misture o creme de leite. Coe para retirar os pedaços de canela e o cravo.
